Hi I’m Gaby.

Ever since I can remember I have been passionate about advocating for mental health and wellbeing, as a young person I was often found sitting having long conversations with friends about life and mental health. I was always aware of making others feel safe, loved, heard and cared for. I passionately believe that the positive mental health and wellbeing of everyone is a shared community responsibility, and that through having inclusive, protective and supportive communities we will start to see people living empowered and enriched lives.

These passions led me to study psychology, which I am currently completing my masters in, and has ultimately led me to the client support role here at Little Window. Since the first time I walked through the front door at Little Window for my interview, I have known that this is a very special place. Not only because of the wonderfully caring team but also because of the gentle and welcoming environment. The safe and nourishing environment that is created by the Managers, the Therapists right through to the Client Support team is so unique and meaningful.

On the weekends you will find me either outdoors rock climbing and enjoying nature, or plotting away in my studio on my pottery wheel making ceramics. Moving my body or being creative are my two favourite forms of self care.

Embarking on a journey with therapy can be intimidating and daunting, I feel so lucky to be a friendly face that can make that journey more comfortable for our clients.

Thank you for taking the time to get to know me, I hope I get the opportunity to do the same for you.
