Hi, I'm Laurel!

I support the Little Window team as the Business Administrator and Payroll Officer.

​From the moment I joined the team, I have always felt so welcomed, there is always so much to see and feel as you come into the ​calming Little Window space.

Over my working life, I have experienced various workplaces and roles most predominately in an administrative, Payroll or Human Resources field. I have worked in busy Payroll departments before switching careers and studying Educational Support.

On my other days, I work as a Teacher's Aide supporting students and their teachers with a range of learning needs. I work within a positive school community and enjoy the priceless rewards that come from this role. Combined with working at Little Window, I feel a great balance of keeping my administrative skills alive with the love I have for working with children.

My interests outside of work include spending time with my family, walking ​my dog, baking treats, small craft projects, gardening, reading a good book with a twist and listening to music.
